One cannot think well…if one has not dined well

“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well,” – Virginia Woolf, A Room of One’s Own.

As the local community of foodies grows and as the culture in Kuwait shifts toward the healthier (yet still decadent) end of the food spectrum, my friend Budour (from The Oven Experiments) and I have collaborated to capture this moment in a series of interviews. The interviews will be featured on our respective blogs at different times. We would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

We have chosen people whose passion for good food is infectious, they are all knowledgable about the ingredients they use and are proud of their creations in the kitchen. So, ladies and gentlemen, please put your hands together for the long-awaited Foodie Series!

A memorable meal at Harvard Square
